HOME BREW COMPETITION
Cricket Hill will be hosting its first homebrew competition. We will select the winner from entries from homebrewers to become one of our RESEVE beers in 2011. The winning homebrewer will brew his/her beer with our head brewer, David Manka.
Deadline for entries: November 22nd, Monday 6 pm
Comptetition Rules:
Only one entry per style of beer
Homebrewer may enter as many styles as they would like
Each entry should include 4-12 oz bottles or 2-22 oz bottles
Bottles should not be labeled
Enclose a loose sheet of paper in the package with homebrewers name, address, phone number, email address and list the BJCP style/category of the entry.
Package each style entered in separate packages (do NOT package several styles in the same package, if you are entering 2 styles you will have 2 packages)
The first round of judging will be the week of November 29th.
Final round of judging, to determine the winner, will be the week of December 6th.
The winner will be announced either on Friday, December 10th or December 17th at our weekly tour, which will also include additional holiday activities.
