A - Pours clear golden with a solid fluffy white head. Looked beautiful, but the clarity seemed out of place for a saison. S - A subltle lemon spice aroma with faint belgian esters. T - A tart lemon pepper earthyness with a sharp hop presence. M - Dry with aggressive carbonation. D - Highly drinkable - not the best saison I have ever had, but very good. The inexpensive price (under $3 for a bomber) means I'll be coming back again for this one.

I'm not a saison buff, but I'd love to give this a try. I should get Dean over here to discuss, Saisons are one of his fave styles.

I've been on a huge Belgian kick recently, so I have been trying any and everything I can find make locally in the various Belgian styles.
